- In the shower, bath or over the sink, cleanse your skin and then shake a 1 to 2 tablespoons into your hand and begin gently scrubbing your face, avoiding your eye area. Do not rinse for 1 to 2 minutes, then sluice off with tepid water and pat dry. Follow with a light cream. Enjoy the tingle!

I. Love. This. Scrub!!! My skin and I are not friends, but as soon as I tried the face scrub my face just cleared up!
